By scheduling or requesting any services offered by CHERYL'S HEALING COTTAGE LLC (“CHERYL'S HEALING COTTAGE” or “We”), or when communicating with “CHERYL'S HEALING COTTAGE”, and/or paying for any services we offer, you are stating that you have read this disclaimer and terms of service, and that you understand and willingly enter into, agree with, and accept the following:

Services – CHERYL'S HEALING COTTAGE has many years of experience with Spiritual Healing, Prophetic Words as well as Life Coaching. Although Cheryl’s accuracy is very high with prediction through spiritual assistance, Cheryl cannot guarantee that we will be neither accurate nor successful in every endeavor. Once services are requested and completed and payment is received, there are no refunds. You may review CHERYL'S HEALING COTTAGE Testimonials/Reviews to view what our customers have to say about our services. It is important to know that the services offered are vehicles in which to project your power within "you" for your desired result. This is "your" intent & therefore is NOT guaranteed. It is important to remember that it is "You" that must be in control of your life and your creator is the primary relationship towards what is to be. CHERYL'S HEALING COTTAGE job is to help direct and relay messages from ”Spiritual Guidance” through her God given gifts.

Furthermore, we cannot guarantee all specific questions you may have will be answered by our “Staff”. You agree that All sessions and events are meant for educational, entertainment and informational purposes only and should not replace legal, medical, financial, or professional counseling or advice. Cheryl's Healing Cottage is not responsible for any decisions you may make based upon any advice or information obtained from Cheryl directly, from our website or any of our social media accounts (www.cherylshealingcottage.com). Cheryl's Healing Cottage is not responsible for any choices that you make by rendering any services offered by Cheryl's Healing Cottage as to any aspect of your life. Cheryl's Healing Cottage cannot guarantee the accuracy of any session based upon a 100 percent basis and it is not meant to take the place of sound judgment. As a prospective client, you maintain at all times the freedom to choose your own individual path and to take full personal responsibility as to your individual actions.

If you do record a call, you agree that you will not manipulate the recording or dub it to make CHERYL'S HEALING COTTAGE say things that we did not say or twist our words around. Also, CHERYL'S HEALING COTTAGE DOES NOT give permission for you to record a call and then broadcast the call/recording on the Internet, a podcast, YouTube or anywhere without our permission.

Post Service-  you as the client are 100% liable for what you do with the information you receive from CHERYL'S HEALING COTTAGE and agree to not hold CHERYL'S HEALING COTTAGE accountable in any way (financially, legally, etc.) for actions you take as a result of your session with us. 

 

INDEMNIFICATION. Understand and hold harmless CHERYL'S HEALING COTTAGE and all persons associated with CHERYL'S HEALING COTTAGE from any and all claims, demands, causes of actions, losses, expenses, damages and costs, including legal, any reasonable attorney’s fees and otherwise, made by you or anyone associated with you including the cost and expense associated with defending such actions or claims. On behalf of yourself, your assigns, heirs, executors, guardians, and all other legal representatives, hereby release, discharge, waive, and forever relinquish CHERYL'S HEALING COTTAGE, including our agents, employees, officers, directors, employers, and any other person associated with CHERYL'S HEALING COTTAGE, from any and all known or unknown claims resulting from, arising out of or in any way connected with information you may or may not receive during your voluntary participation in a session with CHERYL'S HEALING COTTAGE and further agree that under no circumstance(s) will you, or any other person associated with you as a result of your session attempt to present any claims against, prosecute, sue, seek to attach any lien for any purpose including satisfaction of a judgment or other judicial decree, to the property of CHERYL'S HEALING COTTAGE and our heirs, and you hereby waive all claims, demands, compensation, and all actions that you, anyone associated with you or any other participant in the session currently or hereafter may have for any injuries or perceived injuries or perceived or real losses you may suffer or believe to suffer because of or during your participation or involvement in a session resulting from any actions, statements, answers to questions or omissions made by CHERYL'S HEALING COTTAGE or any person associated with CHERYL'S HEALING COTTAGE.

 

Refund Policy- Due to the customization and sensitive nature of all our services including sessions and other spiritual services, NO REFUNDS will be given.

 

Pricing - You will find that pricing for CHERYL'S HEALING COTTAGE services and products are very competitive. However, as the economy fluctuates all pricing and service content offered is subject to change at any time without notice.

In order to keep our customers informed with newsletters and special offers from CHERYL'S HEALING COTTAGE and/or our partners, we may send such information via postal mail, email, or telephone, based on customer contact information. Please note that everything that you discuss with CHERYL'S HEALING COTTAGE in a session is private unless you’re at harm to yourself or others. Your personal information will never be distributed or sold to a 3rd party or commercial company. If during your session it is felt you should consult with another recommended healer for metaphysical work, CHERYL'S HEALING COTTAGE will request your approval prior to sharing any contact info.

Use of this Site is subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

In general, you can visit the Site without telling us who you are or revealing any Personal Information about yourself. (Personal Information means any information that may be used to identify any individual, including, but not limited to, first and last names, nickname, home or other physical address, telephone number, e-mail address, birth date and birth time, birth location including city, state, and country, credit card information, billing address, and your browsing or buying patterns.) Some features or services may require you to provide Personal Information.

Specials- At certain times CHERYL'S HEALING COTTAGE offers specials on sessions and services. Please respect boundaries. CHERYL'S HEALING COTTAGE will NOT answer questions for free. If you would like a session or have questions you must pay for a session. Payment is required BEFORE the session and no questions will be answered before payment is taken or session will end immediately.

 

*Appointments- ***Please Note: Appointments are required. If you are seeking a phone or Zoom session, completed payment is required at the time of scheduling. We cannot guarantee your appointment will be still be available unless payment has been made. Also, please be mindful of your session time. CHERYL'S HEALING COTTAGE will not go over and will end the session on time. Please be respectful of the time that you paid for and free minutes or extensions will not be given unless you pay for extended time.

Cancellation Policy- **Please note, we do have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Should you need to reschedule, please notify us within 48 hours of your scheduled session. If you have questions or concerns about rescheduling your appointment please call or email.**

Policy on Missed Appointments and Refunds- NO REFUNDS will be granted for cancelled appointments. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. Please do not book and pay for an appointment if you do NOT intend to keep it.

All appointments are scheduled in EASTERN TIME. It is the client’s responsibility to be available at the time of the appointment. Not being available for a scheduled appointment forfeits the appointment. NO REFUND WILL BE GRANTED. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

Rescheduling of an appointment is permissible PRIOR TO 48 HOURS BEFORE the scheduled appointment, otherwise NO REFUND WILL BE GRANTED, NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE and there will NOT be an opportunity to reschedule for the purchase. If there is an emergency and you have to cancel, NO REFUND will be given.

We reserve the right NOT to offer appointments to certain individuals. ONLY in this situation will a full refund be returned to the purchaser.

Please understand that not CALLING IN for an appointment affects valuable appointment time, and is not fair to other clients who want an appointment.

No Session Substitutes Policy- Scheduled sessions are not and cannot be substituted for payment made for any other purchase then the one paid for. Session options cannot be altered, exchanged, or interchanged in any way and are considered separate session purchases with separate payment fees applicable. All purchases are final.

Disclaimer- Please note: In no way do we guarantee, or are to be held liable for what manifests in your life by acts of GOD, FATE and/or DESTINY. Our services and products are only tools to be used as a liaison in enhancing and influencing your life spiritually and in many cases otherwise.

** Please note that through past experiences, We do and have connected with the majority of our clients. On a rare occasion, We may not connect with you. If that is the case, We will inform you & terminate the call, chat or in-person session. Please have an open mind during the call or chat. Respect is important for all parties involved and it is important that we treat each other with kindness. Thank you!

• CHERYL'S HEALING COTTAGE has the right to end the session if there is no 'connection' with the client.

• The client is not psychologically responding positively to the session.

• If the client shows any aggressive or confrontational attitude during the session.

• All information given by CHERYL'S HEALING COTTAGE are given on the understanding that nothing is 100%, especially the subtle vibrations of healing sessions and spiritual guidance where you have free will to change your path and outcomes.

• The client takes full responsibility, for accepting or not accepting any guidance given, predictions and spiritual advice.

• All information is given for the client to use of their own free will.
